Many single-storey extensions and loft conversions fall under Permitted Development rights. We'll confirm at the consultation and handle any planning, building regs or party-wall applications on your behalf.

A single-storey rear extension is usually 10–14 weeks; a dormer loft 6–8 weeks; a full-house refurb 4–6 months. You'll get a fixed Gantt chart with every quote.

Yes. £5m public liability, TrustMark registered, CHAS accredited and working to the latest NHBC build standards. All electrical work is Part P certified and we issue Building Control sign-off on every project.

We use a staged-payment schedule tied to milestones you can inspect. No large up-front deposits. Everything is documented in a JCT Minor Works contract for peace of mind.
